3years in each court

3years in each court - ie..3years in lower/traffic courts, then 3years in session courts, then 3years in high court and then 3years in supreme court this itself woud make it 12years thing to be noted is that these cases get transfered back to the lower courts from the higher courts which means additional years ie. 15-20-25years..ie is this not what is happening even currently? justice is delayed..which means justice is denied
